For the printers:
1, Home installation and training are available, to enhance the abilities of printer operation and improve the problems solving competence.
2, 1 year warranty for machine boards and motors, to ensure the excellent machine and reduce maintenance cost.
3, Life-long maintenance, to ensure the normal operation of the equipment; send the problems to the sale representative, they will settle the non-technical problems firstly, then deliver the technical problem to the engineer, the solutions will be feed back within 2 working days!
4, All spare parts are available, to remove the fears on any trouble in the future.

For the Inks:
1, Sample is available;
2, Quality warranty, 3 years outdoor life for solvent ink; 1.5 years outdoor life for eco solvent ink;

For the spare parts:
1, Original and brand new;
2, Sent out within 3 days;
